Sparta Woman Threatened to Kill Neighbor, Cops Say

A Sparta woman has been charged with threatening her neighbor's life in a drunken rage, police said.

Kelly Vasile, 35, of White Deer Plaza was drunk and "extremely agitated" when officers arrived at her apartment at 11:39 p.m. April 22 after she kicked in her neighbor's front door and threatened to kill her, Sgt. John-Paul Beebe said.

The neighbor told police the damage and threat came during an argument.

Vasile was charged with terroristic threats and criminal mischief. 

The April 22 arrest was her third in a month, Beebe said. Vasile also faces DWI charges for arrests on March 23 and March 25.
