PRESS RELEASE

March 3, 2022

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 2, 2022 by Kevin O’Shea.

     O’Shea, age 38, of Newton, pled guilty to Theft, a crime of the third degree.  Sentencing is presently scheduled for April 22, 2022 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.                          

     The defendant admitted to taking funds from Hampton Body Works while he was   employed there from January 2019 to March 2020.
