Buying A Home? Selling? Howell Chamber Of Commerce Offers Insights

The Howell Chamber of Commerce is hosting an information session on real estate, including planning for your future and for your family.

HOWELL, NJ — The Howell Chamber of Commerce is hosting an evening of discussion about real estate as part of its Speaker Series.

The event is set for Thursday, April 11, from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. and will be held at The Salon Professional Academy, 4741 Route 9, Howell. It is free. Light refreshments will be served.

The chamber's Speaker Series presents chamber members speaking on topics in their respective fields.

The Topics in Real Estate event will include presentations followed by a question-and-answer period. The speakers and topics are:

  • Why you need a realtor: Carol Ashworth, Coldwell Banker Residential Realty
  • Why you need a plan: AnnMarie Scottson, NextHome Force Realty Partners
  • Myths and realties of home financing: Liz Romanowski, PNC Bank
  • How to use the equity in your home for real estate planning: Janet Ritchey, Amboy Bank
  • The role of an attorney in real estate buying and selling: Allen Kaplan, Kaplan & Bookbinder.
