Curfew Reminders For Halloween In Howell

HOWELL, NJ — The arrival of Halloween Eve brings with it the annual reminder about juvenile curfews.

In Howell, kids age 17 and younger must be off the streets from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The 10 p.m. curfew is year-round, and includes limited exceptions for teens returning from work, a school, religious or community event, or assisting with a medical emergency.

There are no set times for trick-or-treating on Halloween.
