Name the top issues currently facing your town and how you plan to address them:

The top issues facing Howell are stopping unwarranted development, taxes and spending, keeping Howell safe and preserving farmland and open space. My running mates and I have published a detailed plan as to how we will tackle these issues.

The plan is published on our website so that residents know we have real plan for how we will tackle these issues. We will strictly enforce our zoning laws, toughen other ordinances and stand up to developers. We will also responsibly work to stop the placement of warehouses in places they don't belong. Finally, we will do everything possible to give our police and first responders what they need to keep Howell safe.

Goals:

Our goals are simple: protect open space, stop overdevelopment, hold the line on taxes and spending and keep Howell safe. I am not a politician - just a concerned homeowner. For me, this is about doing what is best for Howell, that's it.

Identify specific goals or ideas you have to enhance life in your town:

In addition to our published plan, I have a specific interest in resident recreational services and expanding programs for people of all ages. I'd like to see us expand our parks and services to deliver even greater services to all of our residents.

Experience:

I am a retired NYPD Lieutenant with significant experience in managing personnel, budgets and crisis situations. I have been responsible to lead large amounts of employees and work with communities in all aspects of public safety.

What in your experience or background prepares you for election to office:

I believe we are at a time where we need regular people and not career politicians running for office at the local level. I have no political ambitions and am only driven by doing what is best for Howell. My experience in law enforcement and in leadership positions will help me deal with the issues and challenges facing the township. As a father, I am also focused on helping Howell families.
