HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township officials announced some changes in the township's recycling schedule due to Easter this weekend. Curbside recycling for Zone J will be picked up as normally scheduled on Friday, March 29. The township Recycling Center will be closed on Sunday, March 31, in observance of Easter. The recycling center will be open normal hours 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on Friday, March 29.
