Howell Collecting Halloween Candy For Troops Overseas

HOWELL, NJ — Do you still have Halloween candy lingering in your cupboards that you really don't want or don't want your kids to eat?

The Howell Township Senior Center is collecting Halloween candy to send to troops overseas.

You can drop off unwanted candy at the Senior Center, 251 Preventorium Road, behind police headquarters, or you can drop it off to Steven Fecher in the Howell Township Manager's Office at the municipal building, 4567 Highway 9 North, 2nd floor.

The deadline to drop off candy is Friday.

The senior center and the municipal building are open from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Howell Township Senior Center will be sending the candy collected to the troops overseas through the program "Always Supporting Our Military."
