Howell Resident Presenting at Local Library

For local residents looking to get in shape and improve their health the Howell Public Library will be hosting a special event tonight hosted by one of Howell’s own.

A program entitled “Your Path to Better Health” will be presented by Tammy Weiss about an all natural approach to living healthy. The plan is reportedly endorsed by the health and fitness communities. Weiss is an Isagenix health coach which has helped her develop and promote this system. The presentation is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.

The National Weather Service is calling for a beautiful day to get outside and enjoy the fresh air with a high of around 69 degrees and a mostly sunny forecast. It will get a little chilly tonight when the temperature is expected to drop to a low of around 47 degrees. The temperature will begin to rise again tomorrow with highs predicted in the mid 70’s.

It may not be the healthiest meal but today is National Cheeseburger Day for those people looking for a quick snack or a meal.
