Kindness Rocks Will Be Spread Around Howell For Anyone To Take

The Howell Alliance initiative aims to spread messages of positivity, resiliency, and well-being.

HOWELL, NJ — Next time you're shopping around town you might stumble upon a bunch of rocks with some positive and colorful messages written on them.

They were painted by volunteers with the intention of reaching the homes of those who need the encouraging words.

The project was organized by Howell Alliance, an organization that works to prevent substance abuse, underage drinking, underage marijuana use and other at-risk behaviors and to promote mental well-being and reduction of the stigmas associated with substance use and mental health disorders.
