New Summer Concert Series Announced In Howell
The summer series will have food, a beer and wine tent, and fireworks after each concert. The lineup of performers includes popular groups.

HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township residents should mark their calendars for a fun new event being offered this summer: a concert series complete with fireworks.
The new summer series is scheduled for four weeknights in July and includes some of the popular cover bands that make the rounds of summer concerts throughout the tri-state area.
The free concerts, which kick off July 2, include a DJ, food vendors, and a beer and wine tent, officials said.

From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. DJ KC James will entertain attendees, and at 7 p.m. the featured band will take the stage and perform until about 9 p.m. The concert evenings will close with fireworks.
All of the concerts are subject to change due to inclement weather.

The lineup of bands and concert dates is as follows:
- Tuesday, July 2: The Amish Outlaws
- Wednesday, July 17: Super Trans Am
- Wednesday, July 24: Nine Deeez Nite
- Wednesday, July 31: The BStreetBand
The concerts will be held at Soldier Memorial Park, Lakewood Farmingdale Road at Maxim Road.
Parking will be limited at Soldier Memorial Park, so the township will offer shuttle buses to and from the park from Howell Middle School North, 501 Squankum Yellowbrook Road.
