Pick Up After Your Dog, Howell Officials Warn
Howell officials say there are increasing problems with dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs in the township's parks.
HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township authorities are reminding dog owners about the rules for dogs at the township's parks and facilities.
"It has come to the Township's attention that a few individuals are not adhering to the Township's general rules and requirements in our Township parks," officials said in a post on the township's Facebook page.
Among the rules is that all dogs should remain on leash at the town's parks except at the Bark Park, where dogs are permitted to be off-leash.
