Power has been restored to about 5,400 residents of Oak Ridge after an outage on Saturday night that had them in the dark for just under four hours.
JCP&L determined the cause of the problem was a breaker at the Cozy Lake substation, according to a Honeywell alert from Jefferson Township's Office of Emergency Management (OEM).
