The and Vice Principal Gregory Currie have reached a tentative settlement regarding tenure charges the district filed against for alleged misconduct.

The board did not reveal what the alleged misconduct was at that time, stating the confidentiality of personnel matters.

The board determined that settling with Currie was the prudent measure based on Currie defending the board’s charges and filing a civil complaint against the district that also names school administrators as co-defendants. Besides the civil complaint, Currie also filed a Notice of Claim threatening further litigation.
