Library Knits Together Crafty Weekend Event
Needlecrafters of all levels are welcome to knit one, purl two with the library's Knitting Circle.
Did you know there is a lot more to knitting than meets the eye? The craft offers many therapeutic benefits, such as increasing mindfulness, reducing stress, improving concentration and helping you relax.
This weekend, those who have considered the home art have an opportunity to give it a try. The Jefferson Township Library Knitting Circle meets this Saturday for needle crafters of all types and all experience levels. Just drop in, bring your current project and share your favorite tips.
The circle meets from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on the first and third Saturday of each month at the library, 1031 Weldon Road.
