No Bail Break For Man Accused in Getty Murder

Ronnie Fedo lodged in Morris County jail in lieu $750,000 bail.

The man accused of killing a Getty Gas station owner by driving off onto Route 15 as the owner clung to his SUV won't see his bail reduced, Superior Court Judge Stuart Minkowitz decided Tuesday.

Ronnie Fedo’s bail was kept at $750,000 after a video hearing in front of the judge.

The judge also kept the cash-only requirement he had imposed in place, according to officials at the jail the intake section of court. Fedo is currently lodged in the Morris County jail in lieu of the bail.

Police say they located and arrested Fedo after speaking to a employee who recognized a person seen video surveillance images of the alleged thefts. , and realized he had seen the person police were seeking in the Liquor Factory earlier that day. Another liquor store employee pointed police to the area where Fedo was eventually found, police said.
