Police Academy, National Night Out Top This Week's Events

Β If you’re having trouble with your teenager’s behavior, this is the group to go to for support. It meets tonight at 7 p.m. at theΒ office.

: Get to know the community and the police department on Tuesday night for National Night Out. It will be held at the from 6 – 9 p.m. It features tours of the police department, firearms displays, a tour of an ambulance rig, and free hot dogs, chips and soda while supplies last.

Junior Police Academy: All week long, youngsters will work toward becoming future police officers at the department’s Junior Police Academy. The students will take firearms practice with paintball guns, and arrest a β€œbad guy,” among other activities. Activities take place at.
