Police arrested Michael A. Kaschak, 19, Mindy M. Mittelstadt, 22 and Jessica V. Sutherland, 19 all of Jefferson Township on April 10. The three were charged with possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest took place during a motor vehicle stop on Berkshire Valley Road, police said.
All parties were released pending a court appearance.
