Strong Storms Possible for Jefferson on Thursday
There could be hail, heavy rain and frequent lightning.
Jefferson could get hit with some pretty crazy weather on Thursday afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
From the NWS web site: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 4 p.m. Some of the storms could produce small hail, gusty winds, heavy rain, and frequent lightning.
