Suspicious Van, Person in Black Seen Near Home

A Pheasant Drive resident reported seeing a white van on the side of his road with its headlights shining on his house on Sept. 7, Jefferson Township police said.

When his wife opened the front door to look outside, the man told police the van pulled away.

The resident also reported that his wife saw an individual dressed in black run from the driveway as she was closing the door, police said.
