What Did You Do on Your Summer Vacation?

It’s back to work, back to school, back to the grind—but that doesn’t mean that memories of summer don’t linger.  Days at the shore, backyard barbecues and vacations, oh yes, vacations. They can definitely be the highlight of any summer.

I’ll get things started. I went on a cruise this summer. We left from New York and stopped at two ports in Canada, St. John’s New Brunswick and Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Sounds great, right? It was, but it would have been better if I hadn’t broken my ankle and had surgery to have pins inserted to put it back together the day before we left. Oh well, these things happen, and it was still a great trip.
