Aggressive Driver Complaint Leads To Drunk Driving Arrest In Lacey
Todd Mai charged with leaving the scene of another accident, police say.

Lacey police recently arrested a Forked River man at the parking lot of the Lacey Elks after the responded to an aggressive driver report on Beach Boulevard in Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Daniel Ricciardella responded at 11:48 a.m. on Jan. 7 to an aggressive driver complaint on Beach Boulevard in Forked River. The complainant gave a description of the vehicle. Ricciardella found the vehicle in the Elk's parking lot at 900 Beach Boulevard, the chief said.
Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Todd M. Mai, 28, Alpine Street in Forked River, for driving under the influence. Further investigation determined that Mai was involved in a motor vehicle accident a short time prior on Station Drive in Forked River, and fled the scene, DiBella said.

Mai was transported to police headquarters and processed. He was released after receiving summonses for drunk driving reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident, DiBella said.
Mai's vehicle was impounded pursuant to John's Law, the chief said.
