Forked River Man Accused Of Burglarizing Home Had Drug Paraphernalia With Him: Cops
Police responded to 1200 block of Clearview Street on a report of a burglary in progress, police chief says.

Lacey police have charged a Forked River man with burglarizing a vacant house in the 1200 block of Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officers Martin Julian and Jeffrey Slota responded to the house at 7:23 p.m. on Sept. 21 for a report of a burglary in progress. The officers discovered an open rear window. When they entered the house, they found James DeCarlo, 23, Spruce Street inside, the chief said.
DeCarlo was found with drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic syringe. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was charged with burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe, DiBella said.
