Lacey Police Charge Paramus Woman With Drunk Driving

Arrest came after a traffic stop in Forked River, police chief says.

Lacey police recently arrested a Paramus woman and charged her with drunk driving after a traffic stop on Route 9 South near Station Drive in Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.

Officer Jesse Dalziel conducted the traffic stop at 12:39 a.m. on Jan. 28.on Route 9 South near Station Drive in Forked River. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of the driver, identified as Kathryn A. Kroeger, 31, Buttonwood Drive, for driving under the influence. She was taken to police headquarters and processed, the chief said.

Kroeger was released after receiving traffic summonses for DUI, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. Her vehicle was impounded pursuant to John’s Law, DiBella said.
