Man Found Slumped Over Steering Wheel In Car At 7-Eleven Store in Lacey Facing Multiple Drug Charges

Lacey police recently arrested a Tamarack Road man on multiple drug charges, after he was found slumped over the steering wheel of his Hyundai Accent in the 7-Eleven store parking lot in Lanoka Harbor on Sept. 14, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
The officers spotted a man sitting in the driver's seat, holding a rolled-up dollar bill containing blue powder residue and a small blue cylinder-shaped container with 20 methadone pills and eight Alprazolam pills, the chief said.
They arrested Daniel S. Falls, 35, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Falls was also found with marijuana and a multi-colored glass smoking device, a canister of First Defense MK-3 Oleoresin Capsicum spray above the legal limit allowed by law, DiBella said.

Falls was taken to police headquarters and processed. He was released after being charged with possession of Alprazolam, possession of methadone hydrochloride, possession of marijuana of 50 grams or less, possession of the Capsicum spray and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, the chief said.
