The Best Friends Pet Care Treat Truck for Dogs will be at dog parks and pet-friendly locations giving away free cookies and ice cream for canines.

Why do they do it?

It's a great way for them to promote their 42 centers in 19 states, including Walt Disney World, which provide "state-of-the-art facilities to provide your pet with a safe, clean and fun environment that will remind your fido or feline of home."

Yes, perhaps it's shameless promotion, but why not avail yourself and your pooch of some free treats if they're there for the taking?
