Livingston Community Member Named a Finalist in NJBIZ CFO of the Year Awards

Regal Bank executive Daniel Tower, who is very active in the Livingston community, is one of five finalists in the awards program.

Daniel M. Tower, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Regal Bank, has been named one of five finalists in the category of “Private Company with revenues up to $25M” in the 2014 NJBIZ CFO of the Year awards program.

The CFO of the Year awards program celebrates New Jersey’s financial executives at all levels who contribute to the success of New Jersey’s economic growth and stability. Finalists were chosen by an independent panel of judges.

With more than 20 years in the banking industry under his belt, Tower was tapped in 2007 to coordinate the launch of Regal Bank. Under his leadership, Regal Bank has grown into a full service community bank with six New Jersey locations.

“By far, my biggest contribution to this company has been the strong team that I’ve been fortunate enough to assemble,” Tower said. “Without them, their business skills and dedication to the community, Regal Bank would not be as successful as it is today.”

Tower earned both his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Business Administration degrees in finance from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. He currently shares his financial acumen as an adjunct professor at Kean University.

Pleasant Animal Shelter; and Running 4 Answers.

“Here at Regal Bank, we are involved with and support many charitable organizations. Being able to help such a wide array of organizations, all doing important work, is very rewarding,” he said.

The CFO of the Year awards finalists will be recognized and the winner in each category will be announced during a breakfast awards ceremony on October 10, 2014 at The Palace in Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ.
