Livingston Dog Pawrade Returns on Sept. 28 to Raise Funds for Local Shelter
Bring your pawtastic pal and help raise donations for the Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter. Last year's event raised more than $2,400

For the sixth consecutive year, Regal Bank invites canines and their humans to the Livingston Dog Pawrade. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28, in the parking lot of Regal Bank, located at 570 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston.
This fun and furry fundraiser is the brain child of Christina Slater, Vice President and Regional Manager for Regal Bank. An avid dog lover herself, Slater created the Dog Pawrade to raise much-needed proceeds for the Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter. Last year’s event raised more than $2,400 for the nonprofit animal welfare organization, which provides rescue and rehoming for neglected and unwanted dogs and cats.
“This event would not be possible without my amazing coworkers at Regal Bank, who volunteer their time to make the Pawrade a success,” Slater said. “I’m also thankful for the tremendous support we’ve received from the community. Together we are making a huge impact for animals in need right here in Livingston,” Slater said.

“We are incredibly grateful to Christina Slater and Regal Bank for creating and continuing this annual fundraiser. This is an exciting opportunity to bring pet lovers together for a day of fun while also supporting the welfare of companion animals,” said Rebecca Pollak, Community Relations Coordinator for Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter.
“By increasing awareness of shelter animals and their need for loving homes, Regal Bank is helping to give many deserving pets a second chance,” Slater added.

The cost to pre-register is $10 and any additional dogs in the family can be registered for just $1 each. Those unable to pre-register can do so on the day of the event for $15.
