Livingston Pair Among Top Lawyers in State

New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine recently named two Livingston lawyers among the top lawyers in the state for 2012.

The research team at Super Lawyers, a division of Thomson Reuters, have awarded Brach Eichler LLC’s Stuart M. Gladstone and Alan R. Hammer with the prestigious honor after a multi-stage selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by an attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good-standing and disciplinary check.

Gladstone chairs the firm's wills, trusts & estate practice group. He is recognized as one of New Jersey's leading authorities representing individuals as well as companies of all sizes in the fields of comprehensive estate planning, business succession and estate taxation. He has been named to New Jersey Super Lawyers every year since 2005.

Hammer is a member of the real estate practice and concentrates his practice in investment real estate transactions involving retail properties, commercial properties, industrial facilities and residential properties, as well as vacant land. He has also been named to New Jersey Super Lawyers every year since 2005.
