Livingston Pawrade Raises $2,400 For Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter
Livingston's Regal Bank presented a check to the local shelter on Nov. 20. The annual Pawrade has raised more than $10,000 for the shelter.

On Nov. 20, Regal Bank presented a check for $2,400 to the Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter. The check represents funds raised at Regal Bank’s Dog Pawrade, an annual community event for Livingston-area canines and the people who love them.
“We welcomed more than 60 people and 28 dogs to this year’s Pawrade,” Christina Slater, Regal Bank’s Vice President/Regional Manager and creator of the event said. “Since its inception in 2008, the Livingston Dog Pawrade has generated more than $10,000 to help homeless animals in need.”
This year’s Pawrade took place on Sept. 28 at Regal Bank’s Livingston Branch at 570 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue. Regal Bank credits the event’s success to generous supporters from the community. Cash donors included Wigder Chevrolet, Calabria Restaurant, the OT Group, Livingston Bagel, Unico, Minuteman Press, Roseland Animal Care and Nana’s Deli.
