Livingston Police Corner Suspect In Thurston Drive Burglaries
A Bronx, NY. man has been arrested for the crimes. Police are still searching for a second suspect in connection with the burglaries.

Livingston Police have arrested a Bronx, NY. man in connection with two July burglaries at township homes.
Felix Bruno Jr. has been charged with breaking into two Thurston Drive homes on July 3, 2014, Livingston Police reported on Facebook.
Livingston Police stated that Bruno has also been charged with burglarizing several Middlesex County homes, and is currently being held at Middlesex County jail. Bail in connection with the Livingston burglary charges has been set for $50,000.

Livingston detectives are currently searching for a second suspect in the Thurston Drive burglaries, Police reported. Warrants have been signed for the suspect’s arrest as detectives search for the alleged burglar.
Police are also investigating to see if Bruno, Jr. or the second suspect can be tied to burglaries on Cedar Drive and throughout town, Police stated on Facebook.

In light of this arrest, the township cautioned residents not to leave house keys in an unattended car, as they can be used by burglars to enter the house.
“You’d be surprised at how quickly your car could be stolen from your own driveway,” the Township stated on Facebook. “Continue to exercise care when warming up cars in the morning. If you must warm up your car, remove the key/fob and lock the doors; use a spare key to reenter the vehicle.”
