Restaurant Listed For Sale In Livingston

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Want to diversify your holdings and get into the restaurant business this year? A healthy chain restaurant franchise was listed for sale in Livingston last month.

"Great opportunity to acquire all set up, fully renovated, fresh healthy food franchise," says the listing for Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh. "Highly visible storefront in mall strip in a busy traffic area ... Completely remodeled 2022. Business for sale, real estate not for sale. Lease options negotiable."

The restaurant remains open for dining in, delivery, and catering, serving from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day. They sell signature stuffed pitas, bowls, and gyros.

"We are open and are staying open," said Keith Baxi of Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh.

Garbanzo describes itself as "The leading fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant in America. Garbanzo is making fresh Mediterranean cuisine a mainstream favorite across the United States."

The restaurant is part of the WOWorks chain, which owns Saladworks, Frutta Bowls, and Zoup Eatery as well.

The store is located at 288 Eisenhower Parkway among a number of restaurants and large stores.
