Shen Yun Presentation in West Orange Tomorrow

Shen Yun is more than a performing arts company. It is a group of Chinese artists living outside of China, seeking to restore and revive Chinese traditional culture that has been nearly demolished by 60 years of Communist rule and the Cultural Revolution. 

Shen Yun, which is currently performing at Lincoln Center in New York City, shares colorful examples of traditional Chinese dance and music. Directly translated, Shen Yun means "The beauty of divine beings dancing."

The in West Orange will host a presentation by Shen Yun about their mission of reviving 5,000 years of Chinese culture on Thursday from 7:30 p.m.-9 p.m.

The public is invited to learn about Shen Yun and meet the people involved with a passion to cast seeds of freedom for their countrymen here in America and globally. Light refreshments will be served.

Pastor Greg Boyle explains, "Freedom is a central Christian principle, as the human family seeks freedom, the teachings of the greatest truth are spread, hence people's are blessed in God as a result. The representatives of Shen Yun approached me and asked me if I would consider sponsoring a night with them. Reaching out a hand of fellowship is what real Christianity is about. We at Unconditional Love Christian Fellowship are very excited about the opportunity and what God will do as a result."
