Unique Burrito Chain Bubbakoo's Will Bring Store To Livingston
The chain offers unique ingredients, from General Tso's to Jamaican jerk chicken, to "build better burritos." They're coming to Livingston.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Want to build a better burrito or quesadilla with a variety of interesting ingredients, from cauliflower to General Tso's chicken?
Soon you'll get the chance.
The national Bubbakoo's Burritos chain, established in 2008, intends to bring a store to 277 Eisenhower Parkway in Livingston.

The chain has more than a dozen stores in New Jersey and more than 80 in total across the country.

- A Hibachi steak and shrimp burrito.
- General Tso chicken tacos
- Cauliflower quesadillas
- Jamaican jerk quesadillas
- Scorpion pepper shredded chicken burrito
They also offer keto bowls, whole food plant bowls, vegan bowls, curly fries, wings, sandwiches, and tots.
Desserts include apple pie empanadas, "love chips" bordwalk cookies (including deep fried Oreos), and more.
The company hasn't released an opening date, but says the Livingston store is "coming soon." It will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day.
They also say they're going to open a store in Mahwah. They already have stores from Cherry Hill to Elizabeth.
