LIVINGSTON, NJ — Water main work in Livingston may cause service interruptions or discolored water for some residents on Tuesday.

According to a municipal advisory, the work is scheduled to take place on Broadlawn Drive from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Traffic delays during this time are also expected.

Residents who see any air or discoloration in their water should run the cold water faucet at the sink closest to their water meter until the water is clear, the township said.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding,” the advisory added.
