Fun Facts: International Waffle Day is Friday, March 25. Waffle Day is a day that you can waffle on issues and decisions. It is also a day to eat waffles. The holiday celebrating the start of spring originated in Sweden and is called Våffeldagen.   (Pronounced just like it looks.)  It became a custom for Swedish families to celebrate by making waffles on this day.
