Authorities Looking For Man Who Held Up TD Bank In Eatontown

Man told teller he had a gun, demanded cash, then fled, Monmouth County Prosecutor says

EATONTOWN, NJ - Investigators are hoping that someone will recognize the suspect in an armed robbery of the TD Bank in Eatontown last week, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said.

The white male entered the bank at the intersection of Wyckoff Road and Route 36 at 2:38 p.m. on Jan. 5 and passed a note to a teller that he had a gun. The teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash. He walked out of the bank and ran in the direction of the Laurel Garden Apartments, the prosecutor said.

He had a blue/gray scarf wrapped around his face, wore a heavy gray jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt underneath with the hood wrapped up. He also had on sunglasses and gloves.
