Eatontown Pediatrician Now Accused Of Criminal Sexual Contact With Four Victims: Prosecutor

The offenses took place in Saad's office, Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office says.

FREEHOLD – An Eatontown pediatric surgeon has been charged with criminal sexual contact involving four of his underage patients in his office, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said.

Dr. Saad Saad, 72, of Red Bank, is also facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child in all four cases. More victims came forward after his indictment in July for having criminal sexual contact with a 17-year-old patient, Gramiccioni said.

The new charges stem from three separate incidents that were reported to have occurred during examinations of pediatric patients who ranged in age from 14 years of age to 17 years. The joint investigation was conducted by the Eatontown Police Department and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office (MCPO), Special Victim’s Bureau.
