Eatontown Man Wanted in Stabbing Incident

Michael Scarlett is wanted in connection with the stabbing of a man in the Pine Tree Mobile Home Village.

Eatontown Police are looking for a man who allegedly stabbed another man at the Pine Tree Mobile Home Village on Oct. 4.

Michael W. Scarlett, 29, of Eatontown, is wanted by the police for allegedly stabbing a 51-year-old man during a money dispute. The man, whose name has not been released, was treated at Jersey Shore Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police described Scarlett as a black male, 5’10 to 5’11 tall, weighing between 230-250 pounds.  

Scarlett is facing charges of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, according to Eatontown Police Detective Lawrence Tyler
