Mall Walk to Honor Grandparents

The Senior Citizens Activities Network will celebrate grandparents with its first 3K mall walk from 8 to 10 a.m. Sept. 8 at the Eatontown.

The walk is free, although participants must register. Download the registration form above and mail to SCAN, Monmouth Mall, Route 35 South, Eatontown NJ 07724 or call 732-542-1326 or email office@scannj.com.

Registration and check-in is from 8 to 8:30 a.m. in the food court, with the walk beginning at 8:35 a.m.

Goodie bags will be provided for all participants, and there will be activities for kids. Prizes will be drawn at 9:30 a.m.

Anyone can honor their grandparents by purchasing a tribute sign (8.5 x 11) for $25 to be displayed along the mall walk route. For signs and other sponsorship opportunities, see the second registration form above.
