Fatal Shooting In Long Branch: Monmouth Prosecutor
A "person of interest" is in custody, no danger to the public, authorities say

LONG BRANCH, N.J. - One person died on Tuesday afternoon in a shooting in Long Branch and a "person of interest" is in custody, authorities said.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and the Long Branch Police Department are conducting the investigation, according to a post on the Prosecutor's Office's Facebook page.
There is no more danger to the public, authorities said.
