High Rip Current Risk For Monmouth County Beaches On Monday
Waves will be from 4 to 7 feet high, ocean water temperature is only 58 degrees

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ - Although the torrential rain of Sunday night has moved on, there's still a high chance of rip currents today on Monmouth County beaches.
That means stay out of the ocean, the National Weather Service says.
"A high risk of rip currents means dangerous and potentially life-threatening conditions exist for all people entering the surf," the NWS says. "People visiting the beaches should stay out of the high surf."
