Hit & Run Driver Who Killed Two Dogs In Eatontown Still At Large

Eatontown police are looking for a dark-colored Mitsubishi Outlander that killed two dogs in a hit-and-run early Saturday morning.

EATONTOWN, NJ – The Eatontown Police Department is currently investigating a hit-and-run accident that killed two dogs early Saturday morning.

Two Labrador retrievers were struck in the early morning hours of Aug. 28 on Tinton Avenue.
One of the dogs died on the scene, and the second succumbed to its injuries at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital, according to the police department’s Facebook page.

Police are looking for a dark-colored Mitsubishi Outlander with damage to the front passenger side near the front quarter panel. The accused vehicle was last seen driving northbound on Route 35.
