LB Council Introduces Ordinance Setting Prices For New City Pool

The new pool, built at Pleasure Bay Park, is scheduled to open sometime this summer.

LONG BRANCH, NJ - The Long City Council introduced an ordinance at their June 6 council meeting establishing the prices and other rules and regulations for the city’s new municipal pool at Pleasure Bay Park, scheduled to open sometime this summer

Children under 5 are free, and children under the age of 14 and adults over the age of 62 pay $5, while anyone ages 14-61 will pay $8.

All fees are daily fees, and active-duty military residents of Long Branch or first-responders do not have to pay to use the pool.

The second reading and public hearing on this ordinance will be done at the June 23 council meeting.
