Man, Woman Hit By Car On Hwy. 66 In Neptune, Woman Dies
A female pedestrian was hit and killed Tuesday night in Neptune Township.
NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP, NJ — In addition to this woman hit by a car Wednesday morning in Asbury Park (she survived, with leg injuries), a female pedestrian was hit and killed Tuesday night in Neptune Township.
This happened at 7:36 p.m. along Rt. 66. A 2021 Ford Transit Van, traveling west on Hwy. 66, hit a male and male pedestrian. The woman died at a nearby hospital at 8:15 p.m.
The man was taken to the same hospital, treated for minor injuries, and later released.
