Missing Monmouth Co. Teen: Have You Seen Him?
18-yeard-old James Ratcliffe of Tinton Falls was last seen in Harlem on Sunday morning. He's been missing since Aug. 1.
LONG BRANCH, NJ – The family of a missing 18-year-old resident of Long Branch and Tinton Falls is seeking any information about the whereabouts of their missing relative.
James Ratcliffe is white with brown eyes and brown hair buzzed short, and a slight beard. He is 6’2” and 170 pounds and has two tattoos: a skull on the right side of his chest and a frog on his knee.
He was last seen around 10:30 a.m. Sunday in Harlem, New York wearing a beige tee shirt, black jeans, and black Nike Air Force One sneakers.
