Monmouth Family Health Center Gets Grant To Give Out Vaccines
The center, located on 270 Broadway, is offering the Pfizer vaccine for kids 12 and up and the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
LONG BRANCH, NJ – The Monmouth Family Health Center has recently received a grant that helps the center provide free COVID-19 vaccines to those who want either by appointment or walk-in.
The Family Center can now offer all three COVID-19 vaccines throughout the week and are in the process of obtaining the recently approved booster shots.
“I am proud that the Health Center has been part of the solution to eradicate this awful pandemic,” Marta Silverberg, MA, MBA, Executive Director of the Monmouth Family Health Center, said in a statement.

“We are offering the vaccines during regular doctors’ visits to health center patients. Additionally, for your convenience, we offer vaccines on a walk-in basis or by appointment for the Saturday COVID-19 vaccination clinic.”
The Pfizer vaccine is available for 12-17-year-olds during regular visits and by walk-in Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.

Adults can get the Moderna vaccine on Saturdays either by appointment from 8 a.m. to noon or by walk-in or the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which can be administered during a regular appointment, or by walk-in Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m and Fridays from 10 a.m. to noon.
