Ocean Grove Man Charged With Child Porn Possession
The county prosecutor's High Tech Bureau received an online tip in October that he owned, was viewing or was trading underage sexual images.
OCEAN GROVE, NJ — An Ocean Grove Man was charged with the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse materials, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago announced Wednesday.
Timothy R. Kanski, 32, is charged with one count of second-degree Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Materials and one count of second-degree Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Materials.
Kanski was arrested without incident Friday morning, January 10 by members of the Monmouth County Prosecutor's office High Tech Bureau, Search Warrant Entry Team (SWET) and the Neptune Township Police Department.
