Concerts in Long Branch set for Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

By Christopher Sheldon
There may only be one full month of summer left, but Long Branch-Eatontown area residents still have a full slate of activities to enjoy.
There will be three more Long Branch Summer Concerts this week.
Madison Avenue will perform for the final Downtown Tuesday Night Show on July 30 at 7 p.m. at the Broadway stage.
Jobonanno & The Godsons of Soul will be playing at Pier Village on Thursday at 7 p.m.
The Bob Lanza Blues Band will perform at West End Park on Sunday at 7 p.m.
Halloween will be coming early to Eatontown this year, as the borough will be hosting its second Family Fun Event at Wolcott Park on Friday, Aug. 2 at 5 p.m.
Guests are being asking to wear their Halloween costumes as the movie Hotel Transylvania will be screened. There will also be games and an ice cream-eating contest.
The Eatontown Farmers' Market will also continue at Wampum Park on Sunday, Aug. 4 from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. The weekly event features fresh and organic food beyond just fruits and vegetables.
It's a light week in terms of municipal meetings, but we'll still keep you up to do date on the latest happenings in town.
