Taste Noodles From Around The World at Monmouth Mall's Newest Restaurant

The Monmouth Mall's  newest restaurant will allow its customers a chance to sample noodles from as far away as Thailand, to as close to home as Wisconsin.

Noodles & Company is a restaurant chain that is opening its second New Jersey location at the Monmouth Mall, next door to Buffalo Wild Wings, on Friday, Nov. 15 at 11 a.m.

"On the heels of our East Brunswick grand opening, we believe that the diners in the Eatontown area and beyond will embrace the Noodles & Company menu as every dish is fully customizable to please even the pickiest eaters with numerous choices combined at the guest's request," Owner Scott Gillman said.

While Noodles & Company features appetizers, salads, soups and sandwiches, the star of the show are the restaurant's 12 noodle dishes.

There's everything from Indonesian Peanut Saute to Steak Stroganoff and Spaghetti and Meatballs to Bangkok Curry. 

Gillman said one of the restaurant's most popular dishes, among children and adults, is the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. Diners get a giant bowl full of elbow macaroni mixed with a blend of cheddar and jack cheeses.

Dishes at Noodles & Company can be as simple as egg noodles with butter or as complex as Japanese Pan Noodles which feature caramelized udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce with broccoli, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, Asian sprouts, black sesame seeds and cilantro. 

Customers who are looking to stay a bit healthier can even have gluten free noodles in any dish.

Noodles & Company will be open Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. an Friday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
