1 Crash, Up To 9 Inches Of Snow In Washington Twp. Saturday Morning

LONG VALLEY, N.J. - Blistering winds forced snow drifts of more than nine inches in spots around Washington Township, with one motor vehicle crash reported before 7 a.m.

Office of Emergency Management Deputy Coordinator Bruce Clark reported to New Jersey State Police - protocol during a state of emergency - there was one motor vehicle crash overnight Friday into Saturday, but no injuries.

Also, due to wind gusts, whiteout conditions are occurring. Residents are asked to stay off the roads to keep the area clear for snow plows, police, and emergency services vehicles.
